What is the Resera Agent Solution? The Agent Solution is a set of services to help individual Real Estate Agents set up Web Marketing Programs. These services include design, registration and maintenance of an Agent’s Web site, connections to outside services like mortgage calculators and MLS™ Search and Client communication and management services to help Agents manage their comprehensive Web Marketing program. Resera’s most important service is Education and Support, to help Agents succeed at Web Marketing. How is the Agent Solution different from Resera’s Broker or Corporate Solutions? The Agent Solution is designed for individual Agents. The Broker Solution includes multiple Agent Solutions, plus business-management tools for the Brokerage Office. Resera’s Corporate Solutions are customized to the requirements of individual Corporate Clients. How do I learn how to use Resera’s Agent Solution? Your first-month subscription to Resera’s services includes one-on-one training from an experienced Resera Client Education specialist. He or she will help you set up your Web site and services, and give you tips on the best ways to make Web Marketing work. If you need help after that, Resera Support is only an e-mail or phone call away. How do I customize my Web page? How do I change it? Your Client Education specialist will help you through setting up your site for the first time. After that, you will know how to make changes on your own. But if you need a hand, just call - we’ll be happy to help. Another company has features that Resera doesn’t offer. Should I go with them? Possibly - only you can choose the solution that will work best for you. But please make sure your solution is balanced. Every extra feature adds complexity, time and effort, and may not be worth it. “Web-based VoiceMail” might be handy - but do you need or want a second system? Will you really give up your current one? And how will your Clients figure it all out? Resera’s solutions are carefully designed and tested to deliver effective Web Marketing, without wasting your time or confusing your clients. How do I install the Resera program? Where will my Client information be kept? Will it be secure? What happens to my Client information if my computer breaks? Resera is an “Application Service Provider”, or ASP. This means you access your Resera solution over an Internet connection, using free browser software provided with most computers. An additional advantage of Resera’s approach is that your Client information is protected by professional data security and backup procedure to keep it safe. Even if your computer is destroyed, your Client information is safe. In fact, your information is safe even if Resera’s computers are destroyed. We use a remote financial-grade backup service to protect all your files. Who else will be able to see my Client information? Your Client information is password-protected, and outside Resera, no one but you can access it. Resera does maintain an internal procedure to recover Client information in case of death, legal judgment or other emergency, but access is controlled by our strictest security procedures. How do I pay for the Resera Agent Solution? Payment is monthly after a one-time setup fee. And Resera offers its full suite of services - including MLS™ search - at a single low rate, with no extras or surprises. What happens to my Client information if I switch to another system or product? First, we’ll want to know how we let you down, or why you find another approach more attractive. Then, we’ll give you time to download and save your data in the format of your choice. Do I need to understand programming or the Web to operate my Resera Agent Solution? Not at all – operating your new Web Marketing program is as easy as buying a book or an airline ticket online. Easier, since you’ll have the help of your Resera Educational Specialist every step of the way. Do my customers need to be Web experts to use the services at my Resera Web site? Resera solutions are completely Client-friendly – they operate just like any Web site, right through a Web browser. If your Clients are on the Web at all, they can take full advantage of the powerful tools at your Resera Web site. I already have a Web site, but I’m moving to a Resera site for the daily MLS™ updates and e-mail tools. How can I point my current customers to my new site? Pointing to a new site is easier than you might think. Your Resera Education specialist will walk you through the simple transition process. And, of course, Customer Support is only a phone call away if you have any trouble at all. |
