What is the Resera Broker Solution? Resera’s Broker Solution is a package of Web services to link, manage and support a group of Agents, each with an individual Resera Web site. It is designed to help Brokers manage a busy office, while maintaining the productivity of their Agents. Can I use the Broker Solution to manage non-Resera Web sites? No – most Web site alternatives can’t be managed at the business level, and few Brokers have the time and effort to manage them at the computer programming level. Some of my Agents are already using Resera’s Agent Solution. Can I add them to a new Broker Solution? Yes – Resera’s “Application Service Provider” or ASP model means there is no software to install and update – every Resera service is available over the Web. This means our Solutions are constantly updated to the latest version, and are fully compatible with one another. Is Client information safe under the Resera Broker Solution? Every Resera Solution provides for security of Client information. The Broker Solution provides access to every Agent’s Client information under password protection. Resera advises strict office discipline regarding passwords, particularly if office staff will be maintaining Client records. Your Resera Client Education specialist will discuss security procedures with you in detail under protection of a Nondisclosure Agreement (see Security). How does Lead Assignment work under the Resera Broker Solution? The Broker Solution supports either manual or automatic Lead Assignment. Resera recommends manual assignment for offices with specialists, for example in commercial property or raw land. Manual assignment requires regular access, to avoid leads sitting unassigned for too long. Automatic Lead Assignment works as a “floor call” system, with lead assignment cycling through a predefined list. Will my Agents’ pages be “buried” under the Broker Home Page in Resera’s Broker Solution? Never – not only does the Broker Home page serve as a strong lead-in to each Agent Page (through the Agent Directory), but each Agent page may be accessed independently, for example if an Agent builds in “Meta Tags” for an individual specialty, development or geographic area. |
