Resera respects your privacy, and the privacy of End-Users and colleagues who rely on you for Real Estate services. Resera maintains its own Privacy policy (posted here), and both follows and supports policies governing "Virtual Office Web sites" emerging from committees of the National Association of Realtors®. 1. No Collection of Personal Information Resera does not gather personal information - information that can be used to identify, contact, or locate the person to whom it pertains - from individuals who visit our Web site, and does not solicit personal information from Clients. On selected Resera Web pages, you may order products or services. To process these orders, Resera will collect your name, along with billing, transaction and credit card information. 2. No Release of Personal Information Resera neither discloses personal information to any person or company, nor sells or markets it individually or in the form of Client lists. Resera may prepare reports based on aggregated or consolidated statistical data, but these contain no data that would enable the recipient to identify a Client. 3. Security Resera has put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to protect the personal information of Clients and End-Users (see "Security"). 4. Required Disclosure of Personal Information In certain exceptional circumstances, Resera may be required to disclose personal information without the consent of a Client or End-User, for example, in situations where Resera: - is required to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order or legal process served upon Resera - is required to comply with a government order, or to cooperate with law enforcement authorities in connection with a criminal investigation - undertakes an investigation of potential fraud, misrepresentation, or larceny - determines that disclosure is required to protect the vital interest of an individual (life, health) - is involved in a civil action against a User In such instances, Resera will make all reasonable efforts to protect personal information that has not been specifically requested or required. 5. Enforcement Clients who wish to file a complaint concerning Resera's compliance with its Privacy Policy should first contact Resera as described at the end of this document. Resera shall be responsible for conducting an initial investigation of the complaint and, if possible, for resolving the dispute. If Resera decides to reject a Client complaint, it shall provide an explanation. The information and materials contained in Resera's Security and Privacy policies are subject to change. Any changes will be posted at least 10 days prior to their effective date.
