Resera respects the security of your business information. To help protect your business information, Resera will not publicly disclose details of its information security program. We welcome in-depth discussion of security issues with interested Clients or authenticated prospective Clients, under protection of appropriate nondisclosure agreements. The following is a general discussion of Resera's approach to information security: 1. Responsibility At Resera, security is the responsibility of every employee and partner, under supervision of the General Manager. The General Manager sets and reviews security policy, goals, roles and responsibilities, and reviews progress toward implementation targets. 2. Authentication Authentication - confirming the identity of participants in a transaction - is the foundation of information security. Resera authenticates all system users, including its own employees, with a unique user ID, so every activity is traceable to the individual who performed it. 3. Authorization Resera authorizes - assigns privileges - only to authenticated users who need to use a system component or application, and only for the time during which that need is present. Resera does not grant privileges until authorization is complete. 4. Data Integrity Resera studies and follows industry best practices to maintain data integrity - assurance that information and the identity of its source have not been altered, for example during storage or transmission. 5. Privacy Resera maintains a separate Privacy Policy. The information and materials contained in Resera's Security and Privacy policies are subject to change. Any changes will be posted at least 10 days prior to their effective date.
